How can I have my profile featured more/have more media members get in touch with me?
It's all about what you put into it! List upcoming events and new product launches in the events section, donate a product to the product of the month for feature on the LupRocks.com homepage, and share your LupRocks.com success stories in the brag book!
What should I include in my bio?
Your bio is the place where you can set yourself apart from other members. Remember that what you put here is what you use to market and explain your product and its availability to media members, so use your space optimally.
How do I get to be product of the month?
Send us an email and let us know what you'd like to give away and we'll get back to you.
I am having trouble sizing my images properly for my brochure. How do I get help?
We're here to help you make listing with us as pain free as possible! Contact us and a Lüp administrator will walk you through the process of resizing your image.
How do I get my listing posted on the front page?
Designers are listed by membership levels in descending, alphabetical order. Siren members who are featured designers will receive random rotation on the homepage.
Upon registration, click the "feature" button to be placed on the top of your category's list for a small extra fee. Note: only Siren Level members will be eligible for this feature.
I am having trouble viewing the Desperately Seeking section!

Hundreds! Our list below is a small sampling of the publications and productions from which we've made placements.
Is LupRocks going to interfere with my established contacts?
Of course not! Luprocks.com serves to enhance your exposure by bringing media members that are looking for product directly to you.
If I have a PR agency, can I still sign up with LupRocks.com?
Yes! We're here to boost any efforts you're already making towards promoting yourself. We recommend forwarding any correspondence you receive to your agency of record so they can fulfill request. You can also ask your PR Agency to register your account on your behalf so media requests go directly to them.
How do I know my jewelry/accessories are safe?
Anyone visiting luprocks.com agrees to the terms and conditions set forth by the Lüp administrators (view terms and conditions). While we approve all members requesting access to the list of designers, we are not responsible for false or untrue information submitted by anyone registering for our site. All contact information between parties is given upon choosing the designer, and it is at the designer's discretion to accept the information set forth by the media person(s). We highly recommend requesting insurance certificates, letters of insurance and/or purchase orders depending upon the media request. Samples of these documents will be sent to you in your welcome package upon sign up so you know what to ask for.
Media Membership Questions
What is the cost for members of the media?
There is none!! Lüp is completely free for media members. LupRocks.com knows how difficult it is to flip through hundreds of disorderly press kits when you're looking for something specific. We've consolidated everything for you to make it as easy as possible to get what you need, saving you time and energy.
Are designers able to contact me directly?
The only way designers will be able to contact you is if you contact them first, or if you post in the "desperately seeking" area of the site. In any event, all communication directly through LupRocks.com will keep your email anonymous.
Advertisers Questions
LupRocks.com provides opportunities to advertisers wanting exposure with designers as well as members of the media. Advertisements operate on a random rotation and will re-occur throughout the site. Advertisements will provide links to your website as well as the ability to view your stats.

How do I get my advertisement on the front page?
Advertisements circulate throughout the site every day, and throughout the various search pages. This also allows your advertisement to appear on every page of the website at different times. An additional option for exposure is to give an item away as the product of the month. This is an amazing advertising opportunity, which will allow your piece and logo to be posted on the front page of the website for a full month, and will remain in eyesight of every single person visiting the site that month.

Do I have to be a member of the site to win the product of the month?
No! Anyone with an email address can sign up to win the product of the month
How will I know if I have won the product of the month?
Winners are selected electronically through the site. We will contact you through the email address you provide us with and we'll get your shipping information.
How does LupRocks.com create site traffic?
We are promoting LupRocks.com through an aggressive marketing campaign that will target both print and media publications. We will target national consumer publications, regional consumer publications, trade publications, stylists, costume designers and property masters to get the word out and get people using the site.
Designer Listing Options
Siren
Our premier Siren Level membership is $895 for a full year and allows you to take full advantage of all of the benefits of LupRocks.com membership:
- Your unique online brochure will distinguish your brand with 10 images that can be changed every other month, your logo, 500 words of text and a link to your website.
- A custom design graphic tile will link directly to your website.
- An easy "Email Me" option button that costume designers and editors can use to email you directly from LupRocks.com.
- Your premier membership lets you list in up to five (5) subcategories. You'll be displayed on the top of each category page in alphabetical order.
- Your brand will be eligible for daily rotation on the LupRocks.com homepage.
- The Siren membership is the only membership level that has access to our "Desperately Seeking" classified section, keeping you in the loop with what editors and costume designers are seeking to fill the pages of their publications or outfit their star cast. You will be able to email media your submissions for consideration directly from LupRocks.com.
- You will be able to view traffic stats for your listing.

Buzz
The Buzz Level listing is $495 per year and gives you extensive opportunities to connect with editors and costume designers:
- A custom designed graphic tile with a 50 word description of your company will link editors and costume designers directly to your website.
- An easy "Email Me" option button that costume designers and editors can use to email you directly from LupRocks.com.
- Your brand can be listed in up to three (3) subcategories.
- You will be able to view traffic stats for your listing.
- You will have the option to post your personal appearances, trunk shows, trade shows and anything else you're up to in our "Events" section for a small additional fee.
Whisper
The Whisper Level listing is $195 per year and gives you multiple opportunities to get discovered:
- Your contact information will be listed with address, telephone number and a 50 word description of your company.
- An easy "Email Me" option button that costume designers and editors can use to email you directly from LupRocks.com.
- Your brand can be listed in up to 2 subcategories.

Designer Membership Questions
How does payment work?
Payment is currently accepted by cash or check. Credit card purchases will be available soon. Login to the account level of your choice and submit your listing. Someone from Lüp will contact you regarding payment and make your listing live.
When is my membership activated?
Membership is active upon approval of listing and payment receipt.
Do I need to wait for my membership request to be approved before I start uploading content?
No. You may post your images upon requesting membership.
When does my listing expire?
Your membership will be active for one year from the date your listing is approved and made live on the site. You will be contacted prior to your expiration date to renew your membership.
What if I make two different kinds of accessories and I want to be part of more than one main category?
To be listed in more than one category please contact us and we will guide you through purchasing appropriate membership.
What if my category isn't listed?
Tell us please! With your help we can grow to suit your needs.
What if I want to upgrade my membership in the middle of the year?
You can upgrade your membership at any time. To do so please contact Lüp and we will prorate your membership.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
Inform us in writing within 30 days of signing up with LupRocks.com and we will refund your money. After 30 days money will not be refunded but we will remove you from the site if you wish.
