Sarah Baroni and Cathy Witkos began to professionally design jewelry together, with the creation of Baroni, in 1991. While living in San Francisco, these longtime friends slowly transitioned their casual interest in art and jewelry to a bi-coastal business with a large national presence and a staff of talented people and artisans who have contributed to its success.
The ever changing collections in Baroni cover a wide range of aesthetics including natural stones, polished and matte silver and gold collections, pearls, and a wide range of inspirational jewelry that reflects the spiritual influences of the artists and company. New collections this year include 24 karat gold over sterling and matte sterling silver.
Cathy, Sarah and the entire staff at Baroni continue to design their collections with the inspiration of their heroes – the moms, the yogis, the marathoners, the teachers, the artists, the surfers, the writers, the gardeners – celebrating the playful, the strong, and the beautiful people who wear their jewelry and shine.
