Growing up on the beaches of Southern California and influenced by her artistic family, it’s no wonder Michelle Zimmerman makes jewelry that reflects her creative upbringing and world travels. Inspired by playing in the sand and gathering up sea creatures as a child, Michelle’s Delicate Raymond collection features beach pieces containing vintage shells and genuine coral.
Delicate Raymond is named after Michelle’s beloved grandfather Raymond, a noted Pacific Northwest lapidary artist and gemologist. Her hippie jewelry-making mother and a watercolor artist uncle encouraged Michelle to follow in their creative footsteps, and she began designing jewelry as a child. An avid world traveler who currently resides in Los Angeles, Michelle has lived in Paris, Cairo and Casablanca.
